The path to report error is as below: Open Samsung Members -> Click on beta banner -> Switch to beta mode-> Beta feedback -> Send feedback -> Error report.
Are you guys dumb or what? Till now I have sent 47 error reports with logs and screen recording..I spent alot of time on that to send reports. In the end you guys say, please send logs as if I haven't sent.
I followed every instructions you guys gave like producing logs just after issue and also recording the issue,keeping app open for straight 5 mins till logs are sent. Still you guys always give same generic reply.
