Just look at there response ; Samsung India Team seems to be sleeping😴😴😴. 

I WILL STRONGLY SUGGEST ALL TO STOP BETA TESTING FROM NEXT ONE UI UPDATE.

: samsung can never be apple & always will lag at customer & software support.

Exactly. They also are flagship. So they also need beta right. And they are more expensive than S21U

Tbh mate I dought that as s21 series was one of the most successful series after their s20 series had failed quiet miserablely so I would say they sure would pay.more attention towards the s21 and s22 series being their top of the line flag ship phones
