Sound Issue

Volume of the device got low after the beta update. Sometimes only one speaker works on my Galaxy note 20 ultra. Also calls on speaker mode is very low in volume

media volume is also fix..it is not increased or decreased even press by volume buttons

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

* Disconnect all accessories and remove any third-party case form your phone.

* Check device volume settings if its full or not.

If the issue still persists, kindly send system log file using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app > BETA feedback > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach.
