Solution.. those who are facing the lockscreen shortcuts not visible..

1. Go to the settings

2. Lockscreen and Aod

3. About lockscreen 

4. Click on info icon

5. Go to storage

6. Clear cache and data

Then edit the lockscreen..

You will able to see the shortcuts again
