We acknowledge your feedback. However, we request you to please report this feedback on the Error section, along with the logs. This would help us analyze your issue in a better way.
The path to report error is as below: Open Samsung Members -> Click on beta banner -> Switch to beta mode-> Beta feedback -> Send feedback -> Error report.
Sorry Sammy, I was buying all note series and S series phones from 2016 onwards. But this year onwards i am joining Apple. They have 3 beta channel for weekly update at the sane time for all the previous year phones weekly. And you can not even give 2nd or 3rd beta in a year. Shame on you. Best of luck.
