I'm on S23 with Nova launcher. 
  • Animations are not as smooth as stable versions (disturbs a lot). 
  • Folders in edge app panel are not showing the apps.
  • Notification grouping can be much better, individual notifications are not as clean as expected, it just makes it look more like ios, which I hate a lot. 
  • Some of the routines are not reversing the actions, like dim screen for example. 
  • Frequent crashing of banking apps, ICICI & AXIS in my case. 
  • Home up module in good lock is not running, so we cant remove app icon labels (One UI Home) on home screen or change the recent apps view to stack or grid. 
  • Transparency and blur throughtout the UI are not eye pleasing. 
  • Battery drain is higher which is understandable. 
Everything else is working alright including camera, rawpro, modes, wearables, shop, quick panel, drag and drop, predictive back gesture and every other app.

Try cleaning the cache partition of the phone through stock recovery. It will address most of the problems
