Dear Samsung Team, 

The latest update of OneUI 6.0 Beta 3 has rendered the phone F23 5g unusable. Multiple users have downloaded the Beta 3 version released by Samsung on 7th November and facing the issues listed below:

1) Mobile Internet not working
2) Lag in UI
3) Over-heating even in light tasks. Example: Using WhatsApp, Youtube, Chrome.
4) Wi-fi turns off sometimes automatically

Dear Samsung Team, please understand the severity of the situation. Users can ignore the lag in UI and to certain extent the overheating as well, but with mobile internet not working at all makes the phone unusable for any task.

Users cannot step of out their homes as mobile internet fails to work at any point of time and disconnects us from the outside world. We are using Wi-fi at home which is only a temporary at-home solution for this problem.

It has been 7 days since the update has been released and people are experiencing these problems, but there is no official reply from Samsung either about any solution for these problems or the release of Beta 4 version except than asking for data logs of the phone in other community posts regarding the same problem.

Although people have tried several methods of restarting the phone or re-inserting the sim these methods do not help in solving the listed problems.

Please provide few temporary methods so that mobile internet starts working again or release the Beta 4 version as soon as possible.

Try to restart your device or switch between sim 1 to sim 2 as internet sim. It worked for me.

I have already restarted the phone multiple times. It shows the mobile internet connection after I have restarted but once the phone is idle the mobile internet goes away.

I have only one SIM in my phone and the settings do not allow me to turn off the only sim I have connected. It shows the message, "Can't turn off SIM. You need atleast one SIM turned on".

Beta 4 will release
within a week

They might not release beta 4 and directly official version will be launched for same though I don't think samsung will launch UI 6 before 1st December(just assumption)

You are correct. There is a community post where a person has asked about beta 4 release. To that IndiaBetaTeam has replied that there won't be any beta 4 update. They will directly be releasing the official one ui 6.0 version to f23 but the date is not written.
