Notifications are getting delayed.

Notifications are being delayed. When the internet is on, I do not receive timely notifications. For example, an email received at 12 PM is notified to me 10-15 minutes late. In some apps I am not getting the notifications at all. I need to open the app in order to check the messages. 

Please fix this issue as it is crucial for me.

Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.

To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
