Notification panel buttons not working at 1st touch after unlocking

Whenever I unlock the phone and swipe down notification panel and touch any buttons (like bluetooth, wifi...) it won't work. After 2nd touch only its working.

This happens only whenever I unlock the mobile and use the notification icons..

I have a similar problem. I can open the notification panel in one swipe but during closing it, I have to swipe 2 times (most of the time).
