The AOD partly stays on in my Flip 5 
I don't know if it's a software problem after the beta update or manufacturing defect

The camera module parts seems the worst though

Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.

To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Can't provide the video as this so called screen glitch can only be seen in the dark and I don't think any device supports night mode for videos

I'll submit the report as you guided me
