Hello Community, Finally posting this long waiting question in my mind. HOW π€ Battery consumption calculation is done in Samsung phones. If I do the add of total % battery consumption by each individual app it never sumup to total % of battery consumption. I have other brands phone like Xiamoi Realme LG they all total consumption somewhere close to sum of total % of consumption done by each individual app but this is not the case of Samsung. TODAY We don't know where the large % of battery consumption is going... Any thoughts please do share...

Samsungβs battery stats donβt show the full picture. Unlike brands like Realme/Xiaomi, Samsung only attributes part of the drain to apps. A big chunk is grouped under system processes, hardware (screen, modem, sensors), standby, and background OS services, which arenβt listed individually. Thatβs why the % usage by apps never adds up to 100%.
In short: the βmissingβ % is going into system-level consumption that Samsung doesnβt expose in detail.
