Whenever I tried to change the home screen grid , the existing icons on the home screen get disappeared.After restarting of the device the icons again appear on the screen.It is occuring frequently. I have already sent the log file to samsung..its a major bug..please look into it...please let me know if anybody else having the same issue...
Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.
To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
Thank u samsung...the problem I had raised before has been resolved from your end...it was a bug which is removed through last update...keep up the good work... 👌
