FPS matter !

Some apps did not run at max fps. Even the app and the mobile is capable to run at max fps. The game allow 120 fps but often phone didn't run it as game alowence. Like my clash of clans support 120 fps the phone too but phone does not run it in 120 fps. whats this erorr I don't know. Fix it.

1st photo: enable high fps in game,

3rd photo: enable 120 fps on phone settings.

Yeah, it seems like a software problem. But I now have another doubt that it might be because GOS. This Samsung feature prevents phones from heating by limiting the processor power up to 70% of its capacity. So it might be that.

As a final step, just check what settings you are playing with.
If you are playing with high or medium settings, try using low settings and see if there are any improvements.
If you see higher fps, then the reason is you are CPU bound. Usually, games don't utilize all 8 cores, so the CPU usage will be low.
If you see similar fps even in low settings(or all settings), then it is definitely a software problem, and you can only be hoping for the fix.
