Device is not certified after Beta 3 update

Is there anyone facing this issue after beta 3 update banking and widevine L1 apps not working

After official update this is will be certified

Because device is running beta OS , its shows "Device not Certified". Once its updated to official release it will change to "Device Certified"

With Beta 2 this issue was not there

Strange. Phonepe works perfectly for me and I use Jupiter and Fi which are on Federal Bank servers afaik and they work fine too
