Cannot see active app in background in recent app

Hey Samsung i cannot see the "active apps in background" in recent apps upper left corner that other people can on beta 4....attaching recent screenshot for reference 

Inside this screenshot u can see Twitter app in which one of s22u user has tweeted that active recent app dialogue available for him...but for me it is not showing up
