Can't minimize a call from lock screen

When receiving a call on lock screen, you can not minimize the call. This need to be fixed.

To overcome this, we have to select settings or any other option from lock screen and unlock the phone.

During Incoming Call on Lock Screen.
Pull down notification panel - open Settings Icon - Enter Password or Fingerprint.
