Camera focusing problem

[VA4]

3x telephoto camera struggles to focus on close object. Keeps focusing on distant scenes. Tap to focus not working either in 3x telephoto camera. Even if I lock the object still keep focusing at its own way to other objects. This issue is making macro photography impossible. Especially if object is small. 

This is what problem I mentioned in focusing on close object is. 3x telephoto.
