I'm not able to see any kind of such features in my camera or camera assistant. Is this joke by samsung?

It will be there during final version as some of the features are part of the system settings of the camera.

But we are on beta so s23 get those fetaure in first beta but now they available for s22 seris but yet we didn't get those features. Even the app udated. Why?

Every model has a different update and doesnot mean s23 features will be there for s22

It would be good to have optical quality crop zoom as digital zoom quality is totally neglected especially in video mode when zoom goes from 2.x to 3x the video literally transitions from ugly to crisp.😊
