download manually UK version from xda and install manually. I already did. For beta its same build for UK and India.

Using odin & flashing it manually is not advisable for normal users only pro android users with prior experience can do it safely...most of the rest will end up bricking there devices.

not with odin, just download and its just adb one command while connecting with laptop. not require a pro skill. But its up to you. Its not for normal user but having just some computer skill you can do easyly.

Adb or odin both used the same protocol while flashing.
The question is why take the risk ...as if there is no official custom roms for S21 ultra exynos..rather wait for the ota .
