I used to get a back up of almost a day and a half, and all of a sudden I am needing to charge my phone twice in a day! 😕😞

And anytime I log this an issue with the support team, they start asking for screenshot, apps open, run time... It just feels that they are not even in the mood of listening, they just wanna close the ticket somehow
