Please report this issue next time you face it. One suggestion keep you lights on while you generate a report. Otherwise the sensor mark it as phone is not in properly ventilation area.
I have also faced these problem and have sent a report to them. Requesting more and more people to report this otherwise Samsung will not care about it.
