Battery drain issue and home page is refreshing continously

When ever I'm closing an app 

The home page refreshes and there's a gitter in the animation and I'm also noticing some major battery drain on my galaxy A34

The battery drain issue has increased alot and a white screen comes while opening any app in the device. Please 🙏 fix this.
