Active apps are shown in the recents menu like this. Very odd positioning of the button. 🥲

Is this the case with everybody?

Could be that you don't have any apps running in the background all the time.

Maybe it's like this because I was using Goodlock task changer and it's still on and now I cannot turn it off because of beta.

Probably, Goodlock. Stock settings do not show background apps running. I tired with multiple apps kept open in background, but still nothing shown
