5G is supported out of the box.
Airtel & Jio has limited band support as it's in testing phase . I have travelled international : 5G works fine! Wait till Airtel n Jio rolls out 5G wide spectrum support. Its too early to jump to 5G as of now ; gonna consume battery like mad.
Atleast wait a month or so till network is stable and out of Beta phase.

1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 40, 41, 66, 77, 78 SA/NSA/Sub6
