Thank you for reaching out to us and apologies for the inconvenience.
Have you put your device into 'Safe mode'? if not,
Keep your device in 'Safe mode' for at least 2 hours. If this issue isn't occurring, then it's being caused by a third party app.
From the home screen swipe down to access settings.
Tap the power icon.
Tap Power off.
Tap Power off again.
Hold down the Side key to switch the device back on.
As the device is starting up, hold down the volume down button until the home screen appears.
The device will restart. Safe mode will now display in the bottom-left hand corner of your device to confirm that Safe mode has been enabled |
