Music Wallpaper , it would be better if this was an actual thing within the OS itself

This is great. Tell me, I have a problem with the media access permissions on the app. My phone says "No permissions required" but the wallpaper effect is not activated. Does this mean I have to go pro to get the wallpaper effect?
