A15 video codec is not supported

Whether it's a video made on the phone or sent over whatsapp the message of not supported video codec appears can anyone help

You're welcome. Another member here had the same issue and they said they when restarted their phone and the issue was gone

Strange that usually happens when its an HEVC video format...have you tried using VLC player to see if it plays or Playit
