Hi MHQ, like MOQBALI mentioned, that's normal as it's the OIS(optical image stabilization) it's there to ensure less shaky videos and photos if the device is shaking.
Good catch, though i don't remember sending an sms the past 5 years i rarely use messages, let alone rsc or Google messaging, i hope that's also another easy fix for the developers.
