galaxy buds battery issue

Right bud battery gies out when left is that 15%. I have reset the buds, reset device network settings. Updated the buds and app... issue still there
Please help

i have reset it twice but if issue will be there again, I will do that again.

you should go to the service centre. there should be some problem with the battery

so, when you ise them they both go down together as they usually should?

in service center they will replace the right one

complain in samsung service center less than 15 days you will get a new one .
