Please suggest me to buy smart watch is galaxy watch 4 is worthy to purchase now . Is updates available or stopped how many years i can get updates and security patches for that watch if i buy this now?

Worth to purchase. There is no major difference in the watch lineup feature wise. I had gear S3 Frontier now I am using GW4. In practical terms there is no additional feature besides the ui ans os. However I suggest to go for lte version. Bluetooth version is useless.
