There are a few things you can try to make the AKG USB-C earphones work with your Galaxy A30s when making a call:

1. It is possible that the earphones are not compatible with your phone. In that case, you may need to use a different set of earphones or a USB-C to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter.

2. If you are not ready to use another set of earphones, you can use a USB-C to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter, which allows you to use your AKG earphones with your phone. This adapter can be purchased online or at a phone accessory store.

It's also worth noting that, before you trying these solutions, it might be worth checking if there are any firmware updates available for your Galaxy device & Earphones, as sometimes a simple.

Be sure to click the 3 dots and " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.

It's original earphone. It's work with other all applications. Games, audio video players. This issue only with calls.

As I said before, you can use any AKG 3.5mm Handfree earphones with your phone.16011757627561887_1000062552_1673933160.jpg

Seems like a common software issue back then. Updating the Type C headphones will do the trick. And try resetting the phone app by clearing it's data. Not sure 100% work. But it was a common issue with Note 9/10 series and most of type c earphones.
