Pathetic Battery Backup on Samsung S23FE

Hi,
I've been using the brand new Samsung S23FE from 9th of this month. It's almost been 13 days and one thing I wanted to highlight about the battery, it's really very pathetic. I'm not even getting 3.5hrs of Screen on Time on this device on a very normal day to day usage. 
I haven't installed any games or any big battery consuming apps.
I'm going to attach some screenshots for clarity. This wasn't expected from the phone to be honest for which I've paid a premium price. 

I am expecting a quick resolution over the matter from Samsung.

I initially had received an update expecting that it would improve the battery but it worsen the battery backup
