Our community is brimming with ideas through which we can make your Galaxy experience better! Share your suggestions directly with our teams through Innovation Lab.

This week, we would like to look into the topic: Samsung Notes

With Samsung Notes, take your notes to new heights by creating notes containing texts, images with footnotes, voice recordings, and music. Moreover, you can share your notes easily to SNS.

Think there are more ways in which you can get the most out of the Notes app? We would love your feedback and suggestions. Here are some ideas to get you thinking:
1. Fast and easy ways of scraping information using Artificial Intelligence.
2. More templates for editing notes to increase the utility.
3. Increase the utility of shared note.

All you need to do is:

Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion.
Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better.
Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject.

In the #InnovationLab 63 feedback:

1. The Notes app should support opening txt files as it's essential for saving notes in that format and other text files. Adding the ability to open these files would be a valuable addition.
2. When using the Horizontal layout for note-taking, there's unnecessary space at the top and bottom. Removing this space would provide a more efficient interface.
3. Consider implementing an option to toggle line numbers on or off for users who find them useful.
4. Provide users with statistics, including word and character count for their notes.
5. Couldn't sync the notes:
this keeps appearing when I open the app or go to the notes homepage. It's really frustrating. Remove this notification or showing it only once or twice a day.
6. Include Colour Pallette support in Background colour.
7. Add Dark mode support on PDF Reader.
8. In PDF Reader - Add document properties option. Properties details add like File name, size, location, page count, created on and last modified on.
9. Add Text select and copy support in PDF Reader
10. Add PDF Toolkit like Add and remove password, Compress, add/merge files...etc...
