CCleaner apk can clean your full cache data. Go for CCleaner pro atleast 5gb will be increased

Phone settings > apps > select app for which you want to clear catch >storage >clear catch

Two things are there,
for just single aap anjali guar is right

File this to reset aap PREFRENCEs will really remove all cache and all permissions etc

If you can tinker, use an Open Source App as they are safe & don't collect data nor show any ads
