Well, if you would like to know my opinion, I would suggest you to go for S21 FE. That's not to say that S20 FE is a bad deal, but remember that S21 FE is this year's device, and hence it obviously has some improvements over it's predecessor. Plus you would get 4 years of platform upgrades which is really a big thing! Software is important. It's what makes your phone a valuable asset. And you will be able to use it for years without frequently needing to change phones.
So I would suggest S21 FE. But it's your choice. Do thorough research. Read/watch reviews from people who have used them (S20fe/S21fe). Then make your choice. All the best!
