Do you have the Truecaller app on your device 🤔 If yes, have you ever backed up your data on Truecaller 🤔 If yes, then you can retrieve numbers by restoring from backup

If you're using Jio SIM card then go to MyJio App and download statement.

Simple method is if you already turned on auto call recording than there are all numbers you want in built in voice recorder app...
