youtube automatically switch to 480 p after selecting 4k videos in samsung tablet s9 fe plus wifi edition, any suggestions? I have 1gbps connection

Get strong wifi connection first.Then play 4k with that strong wifi connection

Your table may not support high speed wifi, check the internet speed of your tablet.

You need 4k+ supported tablet having h264 and h265 hardware acceleration support for smooth video experience.

It's showing 650mbps currently

650mbps 650/8 = 81 MB

For 4k video, 81 MB is good enough.

Try using browser, other 4k streaming app, if that works good then, write review/feedback mail for YouTube app regarding this issue to development team.

The only problem is with the YouTube app. In the browser, 4K works completely fine.
