It's a software bug I'm sure coz it happens randomly and for the past 3 days I been restarting the device everytime this happens and will work normally then it happens again so I did a factory reset and even after that I did see the problem arise again when I played bgmi for one game then it disappeared after that I gamed for more than 8 hrs today and even recorded gameplay as well so far its good for now. Will update if it happens again in the coming days.
