SPen not connecting after one ui 5.1.1 update (Tab S7)

So my spen stopped connecting to the tab. Tried resetting it and clearing cache but to no avail. Before this, the spen air actions would work occasionally (and always right after i sent an error report for some reason) but stopped soon after the update.

Try enabling "Maintenance Mode" in Device Care Settings to fix the problem.

Be sure to click the 3 dots and " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.

Didn't work. Tried it in safe mode and that did nothing either.
