I have a concern regarding the update of my tablet A7 lite, my tab received the last update in December last year and till date I didn't receive any updates, so may I know that why samsung doing this stupid things. If samsung fail to provide support for lower range devices then why they launch.
It's really very disappointments for the customers who purchase mid range or low range devices of samsung.😞😥
