Samsung A14 fingerprint sensor

my fingerprint sensor has stopped working for a while now and I did try search up how to fix and it says you should restart your phone and update software and I did all that but it's still not working it's been 3weeks now

U probably dropped it or there could be a bug the best thing is to do is to reset your device and also do diagnostic test

how do you do the diagnostic test

Open the Samsung Members app, then go to the support tab, then select phone diagnostics. From there, you can select what you want to test.

Same problem here & i did test & it says I must call the customer service.

Is it possible for Samsung to come up with a software update or update for Samsung to help the device to auto switch on or go on once either battery low or battery died due to not charging or once the device is plugged into a charger if turned off by chance like the way apple iso does it or iPhone 🦥🤷‍♂️🤧
