Why am i not able to redeem the voucher on members i fill in my info however when submitting it gives an invalid email error

Seems to be a **bleep** promotion by Samsung. I have the exact same issue and when you try contacting them they just say you are contacting the wrong department and ignore you

You will have problems reaching them via calling, you need to email them using their promo email. That works best.

My claim was submitted and approved in less than 24hrs, placed my order on the store and also less then 24hrs I got the order. Try a different browser perhaps that will work.
