Refund of my order

I have ordered a mobile and a charger from samsung india website on 29th Aug,22 and then cancelled the order on 5th Sep,22. 

The total amount paid was Rs. 24298. I have only received the refund of the charger i.e. Rs. 299 and the main amount of Rs. 239999 is still not received. 

I have taken every efforts of contacting Smasung for the refund but none of one is able to give me the resolution of my problem.

I have never expected this type of service from samsung even i am loosing the hope whether my money will be refunded or  not.

I have written many mails to CEO, SERVICE HEAD, E STORE but none of them worked. Please anyone knows how to get back my money please help me out or anyone has the senoir mail id or contact number of samsung ro whom we can contact for the same.
