No update on the order delivery

I ordered galaxy s22 plus on 2nd October and the order was supposed to be delivered on 8th October. However the order is still in confirmed state only. 

I sold my old phone and now there is no update from samsung on the delivery. 

Everytime i call their customer support, a new ticket is created with a SLA of 24 hours. However no resolution or update has been given to me as to when am I going to receive the order. Every day i call and recieve the same response that you will get a call within 24 hours.

I already have 3 open tickets, 1 each day #75886313 #75612814 #75840742

Hmmmm,. Be patient.. actually the load n pressure to delivery partners are very high due to sale on flipkart n amazon these days...

The order is in confirmed state, it is not yet packed. So that has got nothing to do with the delivery partners. It needs to be packed first by samsung and then it's shipped by the delivery partners.

And my concern is that I don't know when I am going to receive it

Yeaa.. Your dedicated team kept on escalating the issue giving me a resolution time of 24-48 hours for more than 10 days and then canceled my order.
So much for the support team
