Free ADLD insurance

Hi, I have purchase online phone from samsung online store with free ADLD insurance for 1 year. Can anyone tell me how to activate that offer because i have not received any confirmation or sms regarding this.

It will get automatically activated within 14 days of receiving and setting up your phone. I too purchased one with that insurance plan.

Hi, It has been 10 days since i have received the phone. How would I know it is automatically activated? And in case anything happens how to file claim if i do not have any records. Please help
