I placed the order from the Samsung app on AUGUST 3, 2022 (order 33058804025) and Samsung team has not taken any action and canceled my order on AUGUST 9th - this happened without even consulting me..
whatsoever, I have been cheated by Samsung company by just dumping the customer values into the dustbin but after the cancellation by Samsung, I am waiting for the refund amount for the past 30 days and I have not got any response from the customer service or have not received any refund amount - I sent many reminder emails - I am just getting the auto regretted email saying we are escalating the request and it creates a new service request. this is a pure cheating case to Samsung India by using customer money to run the show - Samsung cheated by using my 53000 rs and not giving the product or refund amount.
