I can understand your pain brother, but they are doing there job as much they can. If your problem is not resolved, they cannot help much in chat, rather you can visit some service centre near you. Being disrespectful towards a human is not going to provide the solution. I understand you have some issue. Bt this definetely would not help. Better you visit some service centre or store near you for further assistance.
I know they have limited resources, the concern is if you don't understand the query then ask, you just hold the chat and then come again and ask the basic question. Without basic what they checked ?
