Samsung health problem

Hi. The Samsung health app won't run in my phone I can't sing in. I was using it.

Give me the error: (0×2700010)

I uninstall the app and downloaded again from Galaxy store and still I have the error.

My phone is note 9.

Make sure that Samsung Health is updated check galaxy store and play store for any pending update if all updated

Try to do the following

Settings > Apps > from your apps right menu (with arrow sign) choose Show system apps

Then look for Samsung Health then go to (Storage) then (Clear cache) and (Clear data)

If still not work send the error code through Samsung Members to get help from samsung

Or take it to the service center

Note that: (you can also use samsung smart tutor app to get help instantly from your phone remotly)
