Dex option in the settings can not open

The Samsung Dex option in my s21 ultra cannot open. Don't know why

Is your phone set up by Knox Customization Configurator? Or, in other words, is your phone issued and administrated by a business and customized with Knox?
If so, then Samsung Dex may fail to start, and you need to download a patch from Samsung website in order for it to work...

You can see the software information. There is no Knox Customization visible . Also, i tried to download the patch from the samsung website. It's failed 😔

If you have the Samsung Dex as an app please make sure to clear it cache from the settings > apps > Samsung Dex > storage > clear cache.
