Download manager crashes

Is anyone else facing this issue. The download manager crashes when downloading stuff from apps. It doesn't crash when downloads are from internet, since the browser handles it. But downloads through apps(like say wallpaper apps) the download manager crashes. 

If it does for anyone else. Please give feedbackk

Nop, i downloaded wallpaper from "wallcandy" and it was working fine.
Try clearing cache partition and repair apps

Already did those. Maybe it's the particular apps fault.
